A swedish motorcycle racer known by the name ghost rider filmed illegally breaking the speed record for a lap around paris peripherque. He averages around 211 kph or 131 mph on his bike during this fun to watch video I found online. It's an older video but i thought it was something you should definitely check out if you have free time!
